Automated Wire Forming

High Volume Applications are often best served with DEDICATED PNEUMATIC TOOLING.

We build machines to bend many wire types and diameters including Hard Drawn and Oil Tempered Steel. We have a long history with many styles of Automotive Seating wires including Structural Frame wires and Looped End & Paper Covered Bolster wires. Other Items include Armrest Frames, Lumbar Tracks, Grid Formers, Striker Wires, Child Seat Safety Restraint brackets and Torsion Springs.

Production

Our goal is to perform at least two bends with every motion step. This allows our dedicated tooling to outperform cycle times of most contemporary CNC equipment. We can maintain closer tolerances by holding the wire at each step. Parts exit the machine in an organized way.

Maintenance

We want to keep you up and running. If our machines require adjustments you won't have to hire expensive technicians or wait for service parts and complicated instructions. Our machines are capable of millions of cycles with just clean air and moderate lubrication.

Installation

Place it, plumb it, and produce parts. Most of our installations are done in minutes not weeks. You will need 60-80 PSI of continuous air pressure and a 5 amp/120 VAC standard receptacle. In most cases, it really is that simple.
